Our Policies
How To Register
Early Registration is strongly advised, as classes may fill quickly. All forms must have a signature by a parent or guardian prior to attending class. You can register by phone, online or in person.
Payment
When payment is received, you will receive confirmation.
Cancellations
DBJCC reserves the right to cancel or modify classes and faculty.
Discounts
Please contact the DBJCC directly to find out about twin or sibling discounts.
Refunds
If a class is rescheduled or canceled participants will receive a full refund or given the option to enroll in another class. Based on enrollment, DBJCC may change the start date of any class. If the session is shortened due to changes, participants will receive a refund for the class missed.
Attendance and Make-ups
If participants need to make-up a class they can contact the DBJCC at kjacobsohn@jcc.org to reschedule. Based on attendance, participants can make up the class at our Park Heights and Owing Mills facilities, if spots are available. No refunds will be issued for missed classes
Photo Policy
The JCC may videotape or photograph participants enrolled in programs, classes and events or while enjoying JCC facilities. These are for JCC publications, flyers, publicity, brochures, web use, other electronic communications or video usage. All photos and videos are for JCC use and become the sole property of JCC. Please contact the Program Director for photographic exclusions.
